2024 Suzuki Contingency Program Rules



Contingency Program Qualifications

  • Competitors must enroll and verify registered VIN for qualifying vehicles.
  • See chart below for eligible models.
  • All winnings will be issued once results are validated by the race promoter or an official representative and submitted to XTRM for processing.
  • U.S. certified models sold by authorized Suzuki dealers are eligible. See chart for specific models.

  • The Suzuki logo (all models) and standard production colors must be predominantly featured on the machine.
    • There will be no updating of Suzuki eqipment. A given model year must remain stock per that model year's Suzuki service manual.
      • For example, you may not install a 2015 RM-Z250 model year engine into a 2016 RM-ZZ250 model year frame.
    • A Suzuki logo must be visible on both sides of the main fairing or on both sides of the tail section or swingarm.
    • The Suzuki logo must remain on the gas tank.
  • In order to be paid, Participants must hold an expert license and have a valid U.S. Social Security Number or taxpayer ID number.
  • Participants must have a valid U.S. address.
  • Minimum Rider Count:
    • There must be a minimum of (7) riders in a class for all paying positions to be paid.
    • For classes with (3) to (6) riders, the top (2) positions will be paid.
    • No payments will be made to any riders with classes less than the required minimum of (3) riders.
  • Contingency will be paid to the Sales Registered owner. The Sales Registration must be on file with Suzuki prior to race date.
  • All Suzuki ontingency will be paid via XTRM AnyPay™ digital wallet using XTRM.com as processor.
  • Competitors have 45 days from the date of the race to inquire about missing payments.
  • Claims received more than 45 days after the race will not be processed.
  • In cases of dual sanctioned events, the rider will be paid for one event only.
  • Riders will be paid for (2) classes per registered motorcycle. If more than (2) classes are raced, the rider will be paid for the (2) highest earning amounts.
  • Any rider that falsifies a contingency claim will be disqualified from all future contingency programs. Program details and qualifications are subject to change without notice.
  • Race dates and locations are selected by the promoter. For information regarding a specific race/event, contact the respective promoter.
  • For multi-day events, only the last day of the event will award contingency.
  • In all matters relating to the interpretation or application of any guideline or condition of this program, the decision of Suzuki Motor USA, LLC shall be final.
  • By submitting this claim, Rider and/or Parent/Guardian if Rider is a minor, grants Suzuki a license to use Rider�s name, signature, voice, photograph, video, image, likeness, racing number or similar material in any advertisement or sales promotion related to Suzuki products.
  • All contingency earned in 2024 must be claimed for reimbursement by January 01, 2025
