2019 Contingency Program Rules



Contingency Program Qualifications

  • Competitors must enroll and verify registered VIN for qualifying vehicles.
  • See chart below for eligible models.
  • All winnings will be issued once results are validated by the race promoter or an official representative and submitted to XTRM for processing.
  • U.S. certified CRF™, CBR®, COTA 4RT260™, COTA 4RT RR™, GROM 125™, TRX™, TALON X™, TALON R™ models sold by authorized Honda dealers are eligible. See chart for specific models.

      * Recommended only for highly experienced riders 16 years and older. Honda recommends that all ATV riders take a training course and read their owner�s manual thoroughly. ATV Riders under 16 years old are not eligible for ATV contingency.

  • The Honda logo (all models) and standard production colors must be predominantly featured on the machine.
    1. For Off-Road models, the Honda logo must be legible on both sides of the seat, radiator shrouds or front and rear fender.
    2. For Street models, a Honda logo must be visible on both sides of the main fairing or on both sides of the tail section or swingarm
    3. For street models, the Honda logo must remain on the gas tank.
    4. For Side-by-Side models, a Honda logo must be visible on both sides of the main body / doors, hood and tail section.
  • Minimum Rider Count:
    • A minimum of five (5) riders in a class (in any event) must compete and finish race for contingency to be paid.
  • Contingency will be paid to the American Honda Motor Co., Inc. (AHM) Sales Registered owner. The Sales Registration must be on file with AHM prior to race date
  • All Honda contingency awards will be paid via XTRM AnyPay™ digital wallet effective Dec 1st 2016.
  • Factory-supported teams and/or riders are ineligible for HRCA™ contingency.
  • Competitors have 45 days from the date of the race to inquire about missing payments.
  • Claims received more than 45 days after the race will not be processed.
  • Contingency will be paid via XTRM.com to your personal XTRM AnyPay™ digital wallet.
  • In cases of dual sanctioned events, the rider will be paid for one event only.
  • Contingency awards will be paid based on the rider�s best overall finish in one class, per registered unit, per event. Contingency will not be paid for multiple classes at the same event with the same machine.
  • Any rider that falsifies a contingency claim will be disqualified from all future contingency programs. Program details and qualifications are subject to change without notice.
  • Race dates and locations are selected by the promoter. For information regarding a specific race/event, contact the respective promoter.
  • In all matters relating to the interpretation or application of any guideline or condition of this program, the decision of AHM shall be final.
  • By submitting this claim, Rider and/or Parent/Guardian if Rider is a minor, grants American Honda Motor Company a license to use Rider�s name, signature, voice, photograph, video, image, likeness, racing number or similar material in any advertisement or sales promotion related to Honda product.

American Honda Motor Co., has the right to cancel or modify this program at any time, without prior notice.
